Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first year. Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships. Teammates can expect a productivity expectation of 75% of their week. Your compensation will range from $30-32/hour with

pay regardless of cancelations! Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year. Sign-on bonus : Up to $5,000.
