(CDC) is seeking full-time and part time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our established, multidisciplinary clinic. You'll work alongside a supportive team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists in a collaborative environment that values mentorship, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide pediatric OT interventions under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Implement individualized treatment activities for children with developmental and functional needs Monitor and communicate patient progress and response to treatment Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and other therapy team members Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications Valid COTA license (required) Pediatric therapy experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Passion for working with children and families Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care Why Join CDC?
