Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services as directed by a supervising OT, implementing individualized treatment plans in the school setting Support students in developing daily living skills, sensory integration, motor coordination, and social participation for school success Track students' progress, maintain clear records, and provide feedback to supervising OT and school staff Collaborate with teachers and parents to adapt classroom environments and activities to promote accessibility Attend IEP meetings as required and contribute to the development or revision of therapy goals Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements for therapy in schools Contribute to a nurturing, collaborative atmosphere where your skills and dedication influence student outcomes every day.
