Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid COTA license in Kansas Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with therapists, educators, and families Ability to organize and prioritize workload efficiently across multiple locations Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professional standards

Key Responsibilities:

Support OTs in executing treatment plans and interventions Deliver direct therapy services to students as prescribed Document student progress, activities, and outcomes with accuracy Adapt sessions to meet diverse student needs and environments Collaborate with OTs, teachers, and support staff on student care strategies Travel between assigned campuses on a weekly basis as determined by your own scheduling Take advantage of this unique contract role to expand your expertise and enjoy the autonomy of a self-managed weekly schedule.
