Job Description

OTR/COTA
: Needed Immediately for 1-2 Afternoons/week. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess experienice in pediatrics
  • adults.
Responsibilities:
  • OTR:
  • Evaluate patients to determine individual needs
  • Develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and support to COTAS
  • Implement evidenced based treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • OTR/COTA
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Educate patients and their families
Requirements:
OT
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy COTA-Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Both
OTR/COTA
  • Valid state licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
