Job Description
OTR/COTA
: Needed Immediately for 1-2 Afternoons/week. The ideal candidate will be proactive and possess experienice in pediatrics- adults.
Responsibilities:
OTR:
- Evaluate patients to determine individual needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to COTAS
- Implement evidenced based treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
OTR/COTA
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and their families
Requirements:
OT- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy COTA-Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Both
OTR/COTA
- Valid state licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
