Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients with various conditions, such as neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, and mental health issues
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for improving daily functioning
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

Skills:

Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate care for patients with complex needs
Ability to provide patient-centered care that focuses on improving occupational performance and enhancing quality of life
