Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients with various conditions, such as neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, and mental health issues
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for improving daily functioning
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Skills:
  • Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate care for patients with complex needs
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care that focuses on improving occupational performance and enhancing quality of life
