Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) during a maternity leave, with an assignment spanning from ASAP through December. In this dynamic position, you'll provide valuable therapeutic services across five sites, including two elementary schools, one middle school, and two high schools, all within easy reach of Oklahoma City. Your caseload will include approximately 75 students, the majority of whom are at the secondary level and are typically seen monthly or on a consultative basis. Your efforts will be pivotal in helping these students achieve greater independence and access to education during this important period.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current COTA certification and Oklahoma licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy, especially with diverse age groups Solid understanding of IEP goals, documentation practices, and consultative models Ability to organize a varied caseload across multiple campuses Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:
