What We're Looking For:

Active COTA state licensure required Experience working in a pediatric or school-based setting is essential Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse student populations Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy interventions as directed by the occupational therapist Assist with assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for students Help students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills Document therapy sessions and provide clear updates to supervising therapists and educators Participate in staff meetings, IEPs, and parent conferences as needed
