Speech & Occupational Therapy of North Texas is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist or COTA to provide pediatric services to children with a variety of developmental, neurological, and sensory needs for a 12 week maternity leave. This position will transition into a full-time position in the McKinney/Frisco area when the maternity leave is over. Our client population includes children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, motor coordination difficulties, and other developmental diagnoses. Therapy services are provided in a supportive clinic environment located in Frisco and/or McKinney, Texas. Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist or COTA in Texas (or eligible for licensure) Experience working with the pediatric population required Experience with autism spectrum disorder and sensory-based interventions preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Compassionate, creative, and collaborative approach to therapy If you are passionate about helping children and families and want to be part of a supportive and dedicated team, we would love to hear from you!
