We're looking for an Optometric Assistant to join our private practice in Firestone ! We're seeking someone who is flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This role involves a variety of responsibilities throughout the office, so we're looking for a team member who enjoys learning new things and helping wherever they can. Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling appointments and answering phones as needed Pre-testing patients before they see the doctor Assisting in optical with glasses; making adjustments/repairs, frame selection, etc. Insurance verification and helping patients understand their coverage Other miscellaneous tasks to assist the doctor Skills we are looking for: Willingness to learn Detail oriented Positive attitude Exceptional customer service Bilingual (English/Spanish) - not required but preferred Previous experience in the optical industry is preferred but not required. This is starting as a four day/week position (Monday-Thursday) with up to 36 hours/week. There is potential for growth within this position and potential bonuses based on performance.
