Provides safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one and small-group training. Develops workout programs based on individual member goals and fitness levels. Builds and maintains strong relationships with members. Tracks client progress and adjusts programs as needed. Maintains a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence on the fitness floor. Helps develop and grow a personal training client base. Promotes personal training services and engages with members. Maintains a clean, safe, and professional training environment. Follows all Club and Troon policies and procedures. Participates in required staff meetings and training. Strong knowledge of exercise programming and fitness principles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Current nationally recognized personal training certification.
