Full Job Description Intro:

IM=X is Pilates and fitness reinvented and reconstructed to help clients achieve dramatic results regardless of age, fitness level, or goals. IM=X Redlands is projected to open in March 2026 and is currently is seeking candidates to receive a tuition-free IM=X Pilates certification and the opportunity to join our team of elite fitness professionals.

Job Summary :

IM=X Instructors lead small group and personal training sessions in the IM=X Pilates and Fitness formats. All sessions are guided experiences following the various IM=X Pilates class formats and include attention to individual's needs and goals within a positive and motivating small group environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach at least [5-10] sessions per week. Assist with new member sales and client retention. Job is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the IM=X 5-day Basic Certification (7am - 3pm each day for 5 days), 40 practice hours, and completion of a written and practical exam within three months. Tuition-free continuing education is provided each year.

• IM=X will sponsor your certification (practical exam fee paid by candidate)
• Next virtual live training class are: October31-November 02 (Reformer training) November 14th and 15th (Mat training) You're required to attend all days. -

• An exam and curriculum fee will be collected before being registered for the upcoming training class.

Exam fee WILL be reimbursed after 6 months of active and successful employment at the Redlands studio. Certification is sponsored by IM=X. A copy of your certification will be provided to you after 8 months of active and successful employment with IM=X Pilates Redlands.

Requirements and Qualifications:

No previous fitness experience is required Group Fitness instructor certification is a plus Dance or athletic background is a plus but not required A passion for fitness and helping others is a must Strong communication skills, friendly and motivating personality, flexibility and problem-solving skills Check us out @ IMXpilates.com/
