The Energy Lab is a locally owned fitness and wellness studio in the heart of Redlands, offering a full range of fitness, yoga, and recovery experiences. Our mission is to create a supportive, inspiring environment where people can move, grow, and feel their best.
Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is a grounded, motivating teacher who can create inclusive, engaging classes that help students connect with both their bodies and minds. Responsibilities Lead thoughtful, safe, and inspiring yoga classes for students of all levels Provide hands-on or verbal adjustments and modifications as needed Build strong relationships with members and help foster our welcoming community Collaborate with our team to promote special events, workshops, and wellness programs Keep the studio space clean, calm, and inviting Requirements Minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT-200 or higher) Current CPR/AED Certification Previous experience teaching group yoga classes Ability to teach a variety of class styles (Flow, Sculpt, Restore, etc.) preferred Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and class type Free studio membership (includes yoga, fitness, and recovery access) Discounts on continuing education and workshops 401(k) with company contribution A supportive, passionate, and community-focused environment
