Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Pharmacy to oversee pharmacy operations at two Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospitals in the greater Phoenix area. Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy services across two LTAC hospitals Oversee medication management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance programs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and pharmacy performance Manage staffing, budgeting, and procurement for pharmacy departments Develop policies and procedures that promote safe and efficient pharmacy operations Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials to practice Proven experience in a Director of Pharmacy or similar leadership role, preferably within LTAC or hospital settings Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and healthcare regulations Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with healthcare professionals Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable
