Role:

The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe, evidence-based medication use within the healthcare institution. They verify patient medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy, oversee pharmacy technicians, and provide clinical pharmaceutical care to prevent and resolve medication-related problems.

Responsibilities:

Deliver patient-centered medication therapy recommendations and education to patients, families, and healthcare team members. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and clinical guideline development. Qualifications & Skills:
