Wellstar Health System seeks an Emergency Medicine Pharmacist to deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services in a fast-paced emergency department. In this role, you will optimize medication therapy for acute and critically ill patients, verify complex orders, prepare high-risk and emergency medications, and respond to codes alongside multidisciplinary teams. You will support antimicrobial stewardship, contribute to protocols, educate staff and patients, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance in a compassionate, patient-centered environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
