What you'll be doing Leading a brand new sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy as Pharmacist in Charge, including hazardous preparations.

Running the day-to-day operation:

opening and closing, workflow, ordering and processing through the pharmacy system. Overseeing a team of technicians and owning the SOPs that keep every compound compliant. Serving patients who already know exactly what they're ordering, so there are no 15-minute calls about drug interactions or refill queries. Shaping how the pharmacy grows, working directly with an owner who wants you as the face of the operation. The business A new compounding pharmacy launching in Midtown East, Manhattan, with opening planned for December. The owner is an experienced operator who has opened several pharmacies across New York City. He focuses on marketing and growing the patient base, and trusts his PIC to run the pharmacy. It's a purpose-built lab in one of Manhattan's best neighborhoods, with a patient base that is mainly served remotely rather than walk-in.
