Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and accurately dispense physician medication orders. Evaluate medication dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications. Provide clinical consultation and pharmacotherapy recommendations to providers and nursing staff. Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and ancillary staff. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and hospital pharmacy regulations. Participate in medication safety programs and quality assurance initiatives. Qualifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy if grandfathered and currently licensed. Active Washington State Pharmacist License in good standing. Current BLS Certification (AHA).

Preferred Skills:

Immunization Certification. Board Certification such as BCPS.
