In this role, you will verify prescriptions, dispense medications, and ensure regulatory compliance across our distribution network. You'll provide clinical guidance to customers and internal teams on dosing, interactions, and product selection, helping healthcare professionals deliver safe, effective care. Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and customer service, you'll troubleshoot product issues, maintain accurate records, and support quality initiatives, all within a collaborative, integrity-driven culture focused on continuous improvement. Responsibilities Review and verify dental and animal health prescriptions for accuracy and safety Dispense medications and products in compliance with federal and state regulations Provide clinical guidance on dosing, interactions, and product selection to customers Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service to resolve order and product issues Maintain accurate records, inventory controls, and controlled substance documentation Support quality assurance, compliance audits, and continuous process improvement Educate internal teams and customers on new products, guidelines, and best practices Required Skills Pharmacology knowledge Medication dispensing Prescription verification Regulatory compliance (FDA, DEA) Drug utilization review Inventory and controlled substance management Clinical consulting for dental and veterinary products Medication safety and quality assurance Healthcare software and pharmacy systems Documentation and record-keeping
