This Pharmacy serves the Vietnamese community therefore the clerk must be able to speak and understand Vietnamese. Duties Manage data entry tasks accurately within pharmacy software systems, ensuring precise record-keeping for prescriptions, inventory, and patient information. Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, processing intake, and delivering clear instructions on medication usage while maintaining patient confidentiality. Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, including drug regulation and medical terminology standards, across all pharmacy activities. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following pharmaceutical calculations accurately and supporting hospital or community pharmacy operations. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiration date monitoring to ensure medication safety and availability. Skills Familiarity with pharmacy software systems for data entry, medication management, and patient records.
