Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, processing intake, and delivering clear instructions on medication usage while maintaining patient confidentiality. Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, including drug regulation and medical terminology standards, across all pharmacy activities. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following pharmaceutical calculations accurately and supporting hospital or community pharmacy operations. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and expiration date monitoring to ensure medication safety and availability.
