Prepare IV infusions while adhering to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes in acute care settings. Manage inventory levels of medications and supplies, ensuring availability for patient needs. Stay updated on medical terminology and pharmacy best practices to enhance service delivery. Requirements Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required; LTC pharmacy or hospital experience is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. Familiarity with IV infusion processes and aseptic techniques is highly desirable. Strong patient service skills with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
