Responsibilities:
Ready to make a real difference in healthcare? Here's what you'll be doing:
Master the art of phlebotomy
Collect blood samples with skill and confidence (at least 25% of your time), ensuring patients have a smooth and comfortable experience
Keep things moving
Process specimens, enter orders, and transport lab materials like a pro, keeping our workflow running smoothly
Be a testing superstar
Perform point-of-care testing and support a variety of laboratory procedures following our established best practices
Bring the good vibes
Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism, making everyone feel valued
Work independently (with backup)
Operate under limited supervision while following established procedures, showing initiative and reliability every single day Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required. A minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy is required
