  • Responsibilities:
  • Ready to make a real difference in healthcare? Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Master the art of phlebotomy
  • Collect blood samples with skill and confidence (at least 25% of your time), ensuring patients have a smooth and comfortable experience
  • Keep things moving
  • Process specimens, enter orders, and transport lab materials like a pro, keeping our workflow running smoothly
  • Be a testing superstar
  • Perform point-of-care testing and support a variety of laboratory procedures following our established best practices
  • Bring the good vibes
  • Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism, making everyone feel valued
  • Work independently (with backup)
  • Operate under limited supervision while following established procedures, showing initiative and reliability every single day Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required. A minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy is required
