Job Description

Hiring Range:
$19.38 -$25.20 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
May draw and collect blood samples according to Receive, centrifuge, accession, process and transport specimens. Verifies all related records. Works pending lists, orders add-on tests, and resolves duplicate Sets up Maintains, cleans, and sterilizes equipment and work area following safety, cleanliness, and infection control procedures. Performs clerical duties which may include answering phones, reviewing EKGs, collecting patient demographic data for patient registration, ordering tests, ABNs, data entry and filing.
Education:
High school diploma or GED. Phlebotomy certification strongly preferred
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
