Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required) Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Adaptable, compassionate, and motivated to foster student progress
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for students with physical disabilities or delays Deliver direct therapy services, monitoring and documenting student progress Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input on goals and accommodations Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs and strategies Develop activities and interventions that promote functional mobility and participation in school life Maintain compliance with all school policies, federal, and state regulations
