Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs Comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy assessments and ongoing treatment to students, aligned with individualized education programs (IEPs) Set measurable goals and document student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student development Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to shape student success strategies Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
