Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution required Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) Background or strong interest in pediatric physical therapy within school settings Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate therapeutic interventions Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to maximizing student potential

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students to determine individualized needs and set measurable goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support each students educational and physical development Design and deliver therapy sessions tailored to a wide range of pediatric abilities and conditions Monitor progress, update therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate records compliant with school guidelines Educate staff and caregivers on techniques to reinforce therapy in the classroom and at home Contribute positively to school initiatives promoting inclusivity and physical well-being
