Qualifications:

Active Indiana PT License required Prior experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Assess students physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans Implement interventions to support students mobility, strength, and functional independence Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes Document services and progress in accordance with school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Provide consultative support to classroom staff regarding physical access and accommodations This role is part-time, with approximately 20 hours across 3 days each week.
