Qualifications:

Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) licensure Experience in a hospital-based therapy setting strongly preferred Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Responsibilities:
