$38.86 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws What You'll Do Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment to residents with physical functioning disorders. Support clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities. Assess patient progress and communicate outcomes to supervising therapists. Document all services accurately in electronic health records. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient care and discharge planning. Support and supervise students as needed, adhering to professional ethics and practice acts. What You Need Active State Licensure as a PTA Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow clinical protocols and documentation requirements About the Assignment This assignment involves providing skilled physical therapy services in a long-term care setting, focusing on improving resident mobility and function.
