This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life through evidence-based treatment and personalized care. We are a high-volume physical therapy clinic serving a diverse patient population in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will be confident managing an active caseload, delivering high-quality patient-centered care, and working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and other rehabilitation techniques Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery and function Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care Ensure compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Effectively manage workflow and productivity in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy setting Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current New York State Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment Prior experience in outpatient, orthopedic, pain management, rehabilitation, or multispecialty clinic settings preferred Candidate Requirements Active and unrestricted New York State PT license Strong commitment to patient-centered care Ability to manage a diverse patient population with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment Experience with EMR documentation preferred Excellent computer skills required, including proficiency with EMR systems, digital documentation, scheduling platforms, and general office technology Extremely strong time management and organizational skills Must be able to be credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, commercial payers, Workers' Compensation, and No-Fault Bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary medical practice Professional growth and development opportunities Stable full-time position in a respected healthcare setting The opportunity to build strong clinical experience in a busy, high-volume practice How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and credentials for consideration.
