The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patients' mobility, function, and quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions and personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and other rehabilitation techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Ensure compliance with clinic policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current New York State Physical Therapist license in good standing Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment Prior outpatient, orthopedic, pain management, rehabilitation, or multispecialty clinic experience preferred Candidate Requirements Active and unrestricted New York State PT license Strong commitment to patient-centered care Ability to manage a diverse patient population with professionalism and empathy Experience with EMR documentation preferred Extremely efficient with time management Bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary medical practice Professional growth and development opportunities Stable full-time position in a respected healthcare setting How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and credentials for consideration.
