Job Description

We are expanding the program offerings at our client community acute care hospital and need to add team members to an already-excellent rehab staff. We've achieved many things over our 18 year partnership with the acute care rehab hospital and are now developing more offerings to service the surrounding communities. We are in the early stages and want to add full time PTs to be a part of the development effort and to help our existing team handle the inpatient and outpatient caseload increases. This opportunity avails you to the best of both worlds: being a part of our client's close-knit community culture (through formal orientation (paid) and inclusion in hospital initiatives and events) and being an employee of Nexstep that brings with it the employment flexibility that comes with being part of a contract therapy company. Our Director does an outstanding job of balancing both of those things for her/ our staff as is evident in the long tenure of the team. Those interested in part time and PRN hours are also encouraged to apply! Job Description
