We have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Physical Therapist to work within a welcoming educational community near Rembert, SC. In this contract position, you will provide vital support and intervention to students across several nearby schoolseach day focusing on a single site. Leverage your clinical expertise in a rewarding environment, collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists committed to student success. This is a full-time opportunity, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility and variety of an itinerant schedule.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and relevant documentation requirements Ability to adapt approaches for students with diverse needs Exceptional communication and organization skills Proficiency in traveling between school sites within close proximity (one site per day)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to K-12 students across multiple local schools, supporting a range of unique needs Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor student progress Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and school regulations Actively participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing consultative support to educational teams Take this opportunity to leave a lasting impression on students growth and mobility skills while gaining experience in a dynamic, school-based setting.
