Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Frisco, TX Physical Therapist Outpatient Full Time Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience Seeking clinician to treat primarily a neurologic caseload with diagnoses including, but not limited to stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, patients with amputations, Guillan Barre Syndrome, etc. If clinician's caseload is low, clinician would be expected to assist with orthopedic caseload. Responsibilities:
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Patient Case Load Average:
10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications:
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. #
