We're looking for a part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist who wants the flexibility of home-based care without giving up the clinical support, mentorship, and collaboration of an experienced pediatric therapy organization. About the Position As a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist with Milestones at Home , you'll evaluate and treat children in their homes and other appropriate community-based settings. You'll work closely with children and their caregivers to develop practical, individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, independence, participation, and meaningful family goals. Home-based therapy also gives you a unique opportunity to understand each child's everyday environment and help families incorporate therapeutic strategies into daily routines. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for part-time hours and greater scheduling flexibility while remaining connected to an established pediatric rehabilitation team. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations. Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, functional needs, and family goals. Provide interventions such as therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait and mobility training, positioning, balance training, and adaptive equipment recommendations. Educate and coach parents and caregivers so therapeutic strategies can be incorporated into everyday routines. Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, and healthcare professionals involved in the child's care. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as children grow and their needs change. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation. Provide compassionate, family-centered care that helps children participate more fully in everyday life. You'll Thrive Here If... Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned service area. Passion for working with children and families. Pediatric experience is preferred, but clinicians with strong pediatric clinical rotations or related experience are encouraged to apply. What We Offer Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
