You will treat orthopedic, postoperative, and active patients using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, clinical reasoning, and individualized plans of care . You will also receive unlimited continuing education, weekly clinical rounds, direct mentorship, modern treatment equipment, Physical Therapy technician support, and a personalized professional development plan built around your goals. Four 10-hour days Five 8-hour days Four 9-hour days and one half-day Practice Physical Therapy With Your Hands and Your Clinical Judgment MOSS is a manual therapy-focused outpatient clinic where Physical Therapists are encouraged to think critically, treat hands-on, and use purposeful therapeutic exercise to reinforce recovery. You will work with a variety of patients and conditions, including: Orthopedic conditions Postoperative rehabilitation Nonoperative injuries Active patient populations Patients working toward improved strength, mobility, function, and quality of life You will have the freedom to use your clinical judgment while still having access to mentorship, collaboration, and feedback when you need it. One-on-One Patient Care With the Right Support You will provide one-on-one patient care in 30-minute appointments at our Springtown clinic. Physical Therapy technicians help with appropriate treatment support, equipment, and treatment-area preparation so you can remain focused on skilled care.
