We work with young children and their families in their natural environments, helping them develop the strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and confidence they need to participate more fully in everyday life. At iBalance, we believe great pediatric therapy is about more than completing exercises. It is about connecting with the child, educating and empowering families, celebrating every little milestone, and making therapy something children enjoy. What You'll Do As a Pediatric PTA, you will provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment to children in their homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include providing treatment according to the established plan of care, incorporating creative and play-based therapeutic activities, educating parents and caregivers on home activities and strategies, documenting treatment sessions in a timely manner, communicating patient progress or concerns with the supervising PT, and developing positive relationships with the children and families you serve. Qualifications:

Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Pediatric, early intervention, or home-based therapy experience preferred At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Strong communication and family education skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between clients Ability to work independently while communicating closely with the supervising Physical Therapist Comfortable completing electronic documentation CPR/BLS certification preferred Why Join iBalance?
