We are hiring a California-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health visits. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for flexible scheduling, independent field work, and a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities Provide PTA visits in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Carry out prescribed therapy treatment plans Assist with strengthening, mobility, balance, gait, and transfer training Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety Complete accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Active California PTA license 1+ year of PTA experience preferred Home health experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and time-management skills EMR experience preferred Why Join Us?
