What You Will Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Maintain accurate records and documentation Support office systems and daily operations Help patients stay on track with their care plans and wellness goals Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere for patients and team members What We Are Looking For Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable using computers and office software Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who follows systems and pays attention to details Team player who enjoys helping others Interest in health, wellness, and personal growth Why Join Our Team?
