This role exists to help patients improve mobility, function, and independence through high-quality, plan-based treatment.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver PTA treatment interventions as directed by the evaluating PT Document care clearly and on time to support continuity and outcomes Coordinate with the rehab team and facility partners to ensure safe, consistent care Maintain a patient-centered approach that supports quality of life and progress toward goals Required qualifications/skills: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing Experience or interest in skilled nursing/rehab Strong communication, organization, and clinical follow-through If you're ready to make a meaningful impact as a PTA, apply today.
