Position Summary We're seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide one-on-one physical therapy in homes, apartments, and senior living communities with a coverage area in Media as a 1099 contracted employee. We are also seeking Physical Therapy Assistant(s) for additional coverage areas including Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. Responsibilities Carry through PTA visits in homes and senior living buildings as established by the evaluating PT. Communicate with clients and families and the clinical team. Provide continuity of care from home health to outpatient services and beyond!
