Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure a seamless check-in process Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to support accurate patient assessments Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors during examinations and therapy sessions with equipment setup and patient positioning Maintain accurate medical documentation, including notes on patient history, treatment plans, and progress in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and processing insurance claims using EMR/EHR platforms Assist with clinical procedures like phlebotomy (blood draws), medication administration under supervision, and basic physiology assessments Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas while adhering to safety protocols related to medical-surgical standards Qualifications Prior experience in medical office management or healthcare settings such as dermatology, urgent care, hospital medicine Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR required to ensure preparedness for emergency situations Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems or EMR platforms for efficient medical documentation management Strong patient service skills with excellent communication abilities to create a positive patient experience This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their healthcare career while providing compassionate support to patients.
