Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly contribute to patient well-being and smooth clinic operations. In this vital role, you will support chiropractors by managing patient flow, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional patient care and streamline daily clinic functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a thriving healthcare setting, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate the intake process to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling Assist chiropractors with patient examinations, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing treatment areas Support clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and basic physiologic assessments under supervision Maintain comprehensive medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Manage patient records, update medical histories, and assist with ICD coding for billing purposes Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards Support administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and managing medical records . Become part of our team. The hours are MWF 9 am to 2 pm and Tuesdays 10 am to 6pm. $ 500. Signing bonus . Starting pay is $20. per hour.
