Job Description

Role Overview:
A Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is sought to join a Nephrology team, providing inpatient and outpatient care on a busy medical center campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in inpatient rounding with physician partners, including evaluation of acute kidney injury (AKI) and electrolyte issues Assist with outpatient dialysis rounding and inpatient consults Manage dialysis patients and write inpatient dialysis orders Support inpatient charting, documentation, and outpatient clinic visits Handle on-call duties one weekend per month
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant studies (required); Master's preferred Training in Nephrology not required, as training will be provided Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
