Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for urgent care clinics, treating patients of all ages.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnosing and treating common medical conditions such as sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu, and urinary tract infections. Providing routine health exams, immunizations, screenings, and wellness services. Performing procedures like suturing, splinting, X-ray, EKG, IV hydration, and phlebotomy at some clinics. Working at multiple clinic locations with rotating weekends and some holidays.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant or equivalent; Master's preferred. Minimum six months of experience in primary care, emergency, urgent care, or critical care. Ability to treat patients from age one to adults. Strong interpersonal, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities.
