M-F Medical Director Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct medical care and document all clinical encounters in compliance with standards Supervise and support healthcare staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols Oversee chronic care clinics, utilization review, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with the Health Services Administrator to enhance patient care and outcomes Maintain clinical oversight and consult on complex medical cases or referrals Minimum Qualifications Current, valid, and unrestricted KY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Medical Director . Experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Public Health preferred Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification Must maintain privileges and CME requirements for continued medical practice in the State Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
