this is a placeholder; actual pay discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive salary ranging from $515,000 to $800,000 annually plus wRVU bonuses Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) and comprehensive health coverage Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity incentives Paid sick time as per law Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses CME stipend and loan repayment support Robust support staff including advanced practice providers and surgical technology What You'll Do Provide comprehensive ENT outpatient care to a diverse patient base Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic Perform surgeries using advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots Collaborate with audiology, allergy, neurosurgery, and other subspecialty teams Participate in inpatient management with advanced practice providers and hospitalists Take backup call with coverage from APPs Contribute to a team-focused, flexible work environment emphasizing work-life balance Offer input on clinical practices, scheduling, and patient care strategies Engage in educational opportunities such as teaching medical students and trainees (optional) What You Need Board-certified in Otolaryngology Ohio medical license or eligible Strong collaborative and patient-centered skills Key skills: surgical expertise, teamwork, adaptability
