Full-Time, Monday-Friday (1:7 Call, moving to 1:8+) We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to join Annandale Ob-Gyn, one of the fastest-growing and most successful independent private practices in the Mid-Atlantic. Founded in 2003 by Dr. Anna Le, our practice has expanded to eight modern locations across Northern Virginia, and we are looking for additional physicians to join our team.

Comprehensive OB-GYN Scope:

Manage a balanced 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology. You will deliver at Inova Fairfax, the region's largest hospital with a Level IV NICU, and enjoy a broad GYN scope. For those with a surgical focus, we offer dedicated O/R block time and access to advanced robotic training facilities.

High-Energy, Efficient Practice Model:

Our practice is designed for physicians who love being "hands-on" with their patients. We utilize a high-efficiency workflow where providers perform their own ultrasounds and in-office procedures (Hysteroscopy/LEEP), supported by a tenured team of MAs, Midwives, and a dedicated Surgical Assistant. This model maximizes your clinical time and ensures you are never bogged down by extra administrative burdens.

We offer one of the most aggressive compensation packages in the Mid-Atlantic. Those coming out of training start with a $330,000 base guarantee.
